By accessing and using the Tools Platform (工具中台), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

• You agree to use the platform and its tools (including but not limited to data scraping, SLA imports, PR audit, and reporting tools) only for lawful and authorized business purposes.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security, and legality of any data or files you upload to the platform.
• When using data scraping or macro engines, you must comply with the target system/website's terms of service and applicable laws. Malicious scraping, unauthorized data extraction, or abuse of platform computing resources is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tools Platform and all included sub-tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the stability, accuracy, or absolute security of the platform's features or data.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to business interruption or data loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform and its tools.
